Subscription overview

Eligibility: You can only subscribe to InThinking Subject Sites if you are a teacher or administrator at a school, or if you are a private tutor. (Students cannot take out a subscription, but they can access relevant parts of a site if their school has a subscription.)

Time period: A subscription entitles you to access the subject site in question for a period of 12 months.

Price: The price of an annual subscription to our standard sites — which are updated at least once a week 52 weeks a year — is 285 USD / 250 EUR / 225 GBP per subject.

Teacher users: Schools can request up to five teacher users when they subscribe. (If you are a large department and require additional users, please contact us directly at [email protected].)

Student Access: A subject subscription includes integrated Student Access. This means that all of your students can access relevant parts of the site at no extra cost.

Private tutors: If you are a private tutor, you can get an account for a single tutor which includes integrated Student Access. The price is the same as for a school subscription.

Verification: If you are a new user you will asked to create and activate an InThinking account. Your account will then need to be verified before you are able to buy any of our products.

Payment method: You can pay by Credit card (recommended) or PayPal for immediate access. Alternatively you can request an invoice against which to pay by bank transfer. You will receive the invoice within three working days.

Beta sites

Some of our sites are currently beta versions (i.e. under development). Beta sites are free. Subscribers to these sites will be given a 2-week warning prior to them switching to pay.

Beta sites are only available for schools and institutions and not for individual private tutors.

Free trials

A school can take out a one-month free trial for any subject if it has not had access to that subject in the previous two years.

Free trial gives access to more than 95% of the material on a site, but do not include PDFs.

Free Trials are only available for schools and institutions and not for individual private tutors.
